We select property from credible, experienced developers only, normally with at least 10 years experience in the building industry in Turkey. Our aim is to offer a portfolio of property that can be purchased by investors who can buy with confidence in that our selection of property from developers is finished to a high standard, and can be purchased with peace of mind.
Our aim is to assist you in your search for an appropriate property to suit your budget and requirement. Our online portfolio is updated daily and all property you see is available for purchase. We also aim to offer unbiased accurate information to assist you in making an informed, balanced choice in your purchase.

We insist all transactions are done so in conjunction with using a Solicitor. Though this is not a legal requirement in Turkey, we believe for accuracy of purchase and complete confidence in property purchasing abroad, using a solicitor is an essential service. Furthermore, where mistakes have been made by others, as documented in the press, this has occurred due to lack of due diligence and no presence of a lawyer in transactions. If you do not have a solicitor and wish us to recommend one, we have access to International Law firms experienced in specialising in property purchases abroad, they have offices in Turkey and in London UK.
Many providers offer inspection trips to view property. We do also. However, we intend to offer you the opportunity to view property of interest, provide you with all information related to that property and local area, and let you decide if that property is the one you want.
