Dedicated Property Assistant

With your proposed purchase we shall assign you your own Property Assistant who shall act on your behalf with any issues you may experience or as a point of reference in any issues that may arise with your purchase.

Your own Property Assistant shall be on hand to assist you from 9 till 5.30 Monday to Friday and shall assist for example on the following:

• For off plan property purchases, shall liaise with property developers throughout the construction period.
• Assist in chasing resolution on any snagging issues which are normal in a new build.
• Obtaining quotations for customised alterations in Property from the relevant developer.
