I/we understand that I/we will be bound by all terms and conditions issued by the Airlines concerned related to flights booked on My/Our behalf and that Sun Lifestyles (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any eventuality resulting in missed flights or any loss or injury etc. I/we also confirm that I/we will be responsible for the arrangement of all travel insurances associated with My/Our Inspection Trip and I/we understand that Sun Lifestyles (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible in anyway, for loss or injury that I/we may experience on My/Our Inspection Trip.
I/we acknowledge that all subsidies for the inspection trip are given under the provision that I am/we are attending the inspection trip to view properties that I/we are interested in purchasing and that for the duration of the trip I/we shall view property only with Sun Lifestyles (UK) Ltd or their appointed representatives. I/we understand that all subsidies will be withdrawn should we break this condition.
