Sun Lifestyles totally understands that it would be impossible to consider any purchase without first hand viewing of a property and the area it is in. Therefore we have teamed up with the selected developers to offer a highly subsidised inspection visit where you will be able to gain first hand knowledge of the property and the area. In addition, you will be given advise on finance and legal issues associated with any potential purchase.
We understand that your time is very valuable, therefore our inspection trips shall be totally tailored to accommodate your time to view the property you are interested in. Normally an inspection visit can be planned over a 3 or 4 day trip.
We do not believe in hard sell! We want you to chose a property if you feel its right for you and your budget. Therefore, our inspection trips are stress and pressure-free, we simply prefer to give you all the relevant information to let you make the right decision for yourself.
Our trips include flights and 5 star accommodation when you get to your destination. You will be picked up at the airport by the developers’ representatives who will act as guides for your entire trip.
On the final day of your trip, if you wish to go ahead with a purchase, you shall be introduced to an independent property lawyer.
As we have arranged subsidised trips with the developers, we only require that you make a partial payment to secure flights etc in your name. Currently we are offering Inspection Visits at the cost of £99 per person.
